Arthrex offers a variety PLLA fixation options with the Trim-It Screw and Trim-It Pin families. The Trim-It Instrumentation Set includes the necessary instruments needed to drill, measure depth, tap and properly “cut-to-size” and retaper the tip of the 2.7 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm and 4.5 mm bio-absorbable Trim-It Screws.

Arthrex also offers bio-absorbable k-wires with the 1.5 mm, 2 mm Trim-It Pins and the Trim-It Spin Pin. Pins utilize a standard quick connect pin driver so surgeons can drill and place the pin in one step.
