Arthrex Sets the Gold Standard for Workplace Health

GoldThe American Heart Association has recognized Arthrex as a Gold-level company in its Workplace Health Achievement Index, making it one of the nation’s healthiest companies for the second year in a row.

The Index was created to motivate organizations to strive to improve the health of their employees and overall workplace each year. This year, more than 1,000 companies completed the index assessment, which evaluates the quality and comprehensiveness of their workplace health programs.

Before the creation of the Workplace Health Achievement Index two years ago, Arthrex was recognized for several years as an American Heart Association Fit-Friendly Worksite at the Platinum level.

This year’s gold-level companies had to score between 200-250 on the Index, an increase from last year’s requirement of 175-217. This means that the standard for workplace health is continuously rising and Arthrex is following suit.
