Arthrex is committed to a speak-up culture, and provides several channels for individuals to ask questions, obtain guidance, and confidentially report concerns. Arthrex has established the Ethics Helpline to allow individuals to report known or suspected instances of misconduct. Individuals may report in several languages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via a toll-free telephone number or web-reporting tool.

Arthrex uses an independent third party to administer the Ethics Helpline. All submissions are confidential and can be reported anonymously where permitted by local law. Arthrex will treat each reporting instance, whether in person or through the helpline, confidentially and expeditiously, and will not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, regardless of the findings.

Additional information can be found on the Ethics Helpline website, including instructions for international dialing and steps for following up on submitted reports.
