The Glenoid Bone Loss Set helps
surgeons address the complex issue of shoulder instability caused by bony
pathology such as anterior glenoid bone loss, bony Bankart, glenoid fracture or
engaging Hill-Sachs lesions. It includes
unique instrumentation and implants to make the open Latarjet technique more
consistent and repeatable, including:
· Self-drilling and self-tapping cannulated titanium screws (partially and fully threaded configurations)
· Sharp osteotome or angled saw blade for quick coracoid retrieval
· Drill guides to easily control graft preparation, placement and fixation
· Long nesting guides that allow percutaneous screw placement for bony Bankart or glenoid fracture
· Retractors to simplify exposure
