Rocking R Medical is in search of an Agency wide Arthroplasty Product Manager to help meet predetermined sales goals within the multiple territories. The role of the Arthroplasty manager will be to work directly with the Arthroplasty team to ensure that proper education, instruments, and business opportunities are extended throughout the entire agency. The Arthroplasty Manager will spend most of the time working closely with large and new account to ensure that questions and new technology is being addressed and educated. This position will be best filled by an individual with high level anatomy experience and sales within the surgical operating room. This role also demands a strong leadership role and will require a moderate amount of travel to territories within the agency. (El Paso, Midland, Lubbock and Amarillo (As well as surrounding areas)

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Primary responsibility is meeting and exceeding sales quotas and objectives for the agency.
  • Help develop a business plan and sales strategy for agency area that ensures attainment of company sales goals, quotas and profitability of Arthrex products.
  • Works closely with Territory Managers and Medical Education to manage training and education for Sales Representatives within multiple territories.
  • Builds strong relationships with Arthrex Management to ensure the required company sales goals, quotas, proper protocols.
  • Responsible for being the main technical expert for all items within Arthroplasty.
  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
  • Be present in the surgical operating room to assist in cases with surgeons and surgical staff.
  • Uphold the mission of Arthrex, "Helping surgeons treat their patients better™".
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

 

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ Years field experience in Orthopedic Sales
  • Technological proficiency in Microsoft and Google Programs (Excel, Office, Forms)
  • Experience in leadership role with planning, organization and meeting execution.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Current Driver’s license
  • Access to your own transportation
