Description

Elevate Surgical, proudly representing Arthrex products and surgical techniques, is seeking an Field Logistics Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California.

The Field Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing the inventory associated with medical device sales, ensuring accurate stock levels and facilitating the ordering and receiving of new inventory requests from field sales representatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the inventory manager to maintain accurate inventory levels and comply with FDA guidelines when managing biologic and tissue products.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and prepare packaged medical implant products
  • Maintain accurate digital inventory levels and perform audits and cycle counts
  • Work closely with inventory manager to remove expiring products and restock warehouse based on par level/ordering determinations
  • Receive, shelve, and prepare all orders in inventory management software
  • Physically check warehouse stock levels based on monthly reporting requirements
  • Facilitate returns for broken instrumentation or expiring products
  • Create inventory requests from under-stocked banks or cycle counts
  • Manage logistics around products in the field needed by teams
  • Understand equipment used by teams and manage loaned products or instruments between teams
  • Utilize software to track monthly expiring items and prep them for return
  • Assist with audits at accounts as needed
  • Assist with scheduling and dropping off inventory as needed

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse setting
  • Associate degree in management, logistics, supply chain, or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple lines of communication
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to shift focus on new priorities
  • Experience with Inventory Management Systems and detail-oriented work
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and complete work assignments in a timely and accurate manner

Additional Requirements:

  • Current Driver’s License
  • Access to your own transportation
